Located within Major Owens Community Center in Crown Heights, our Pride Center is Brooklyn's premiere hub for LGBTQ+ programming, services, and resources. It is also our headquarters, and home-base as we continue to expand our work across the borough. More importantly, whether you visit the Pride Center to connect, learn, play, work, or simply be in a space where you can be wholly and authentically yourself- welcome home.Brooklyn Community Pride Center uplifts and empowers LGBTQ+ Brooklyn through socially conscious and culturally responsive programs, partnerships, and advocacy. Founded in 2008 to provide LGBTQ+ Brooklynites with programming and resources in their home borough, BCPC has grown from a small office at Brooklyn Borough Hall into the primary provider of LGBTQ+ community space, programming, and resources for NYC's most populous borough. In doing so, we are building a stronger, safer Brooklyn for everyone.​​​​
