The Sainte-Geneviève library is an interuniversity and public library, accessible to anyone over the age of 18 or holder of a bachelor's degree. The library preserves and enriches its multidisciplinary research-level collections, consisting of nearly two million documents, including 18,300 periodical titles. Its collections, which are enriched each year with more than 15,000 works, are divided into three funds: the General Fund for Documents published from 1830 to the present day, the Reserve for Ancient Collections, mainly rare and Precious (manuscripts, incunabula, prints, printed matter), and the Nordic Library, which offers - in addition to its heritage collections - one of the richest collections in Europe in the Fenno-Scandinavian field. Its co-contracting universities are Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, Sorbonne Nouvelle, Sorbonne Université and Université Paris Cité.
