Café Del Sol (which is Spanish for “Coffee of the Sun”) was established in July 4, 2001 as the first internet coffeehouse of its kind in the Cayman Islands. The whole idea behind the company was to provide an inviting yet relaxing “third place” for our customers (home being the first and work the second). It has truly become a place that you can “find yourself” as the company slogan suggests. Café del Sol is a daily necessity for local coffee addicts, a place to meet friends or simply somewhere to get lost in your favourite book. Not only do we offer the best prepared coffee in the Cayman Islands, we also offer a delicious selection of sweet treats and savoury snacks, as well as an assortment of teas and other beverages.
