When Philip Johnson and John Burgee designed 550 Madison, they drew upon the fundamental principles of classical architecture to create a building that felt monumental, modern, and completely different from what had come before. The Olayan Group built on that foundation, reimagining the property for the way we live today: bringing in daylight and air, designing a world-class tenant amenity destination, and creating a new greenscape. Enlarged to almost twice its former size, The 550 Garden offers a welcoming place for gathering and refreshment. Visitors can enjoy a vibrant setting with lush trees, artisanal food kiosks, and a peaceful fountain.
