The Phillips Collection is an “intimate museum combined with an experiment station.”–Duncan Phillips, 1926. I stand for open-mindedness and tolerance of different points of view; for the cultivation of enjoyment of the intentions of artists and the varied qualities of their work, qualities which reveal them as especially gifted individuals well worth knowing and honoring.
