The Queensboro opened in 2018 with a goal to provide a welcoming environment for great food and drinks and the intention to be a community resource. Our menu is inspired by Queens and our team's diverse experiences and cultures. We serve locally-brewed beer, coffee roasted in Long Island City by Native Roasters, and source ingredients from local businesses and the Jackson Heights Farmers Market. The team works to make the Queesnboro a positive force in the community by hiring locally, buying locally, highlighting Queens purveyors, giving free space to community organizations, hosting local musicians and artists, and donating resources to feeding neighbors in need. The Queensboro partners with organizations like Queens Together, Lion’s Share Food Pantry, and the Jackson Heights Community Fridge. In 2022, US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez awarded the Queensboro with a Congressional commendation for the team’s work in the community, advocating for One Fair Wage, and supporting the rights of undocumented workers in the hospitality industry.

Join us any weekday after 9am and enjoy our lovely indoor and outdoor spaces where you can set yourself up to work during the day. From Tuesday to Friday just come on in, no reservations needed. Order coffee, tea, agua fresca, sandwiches, granola bowls, cobb salads and more and enjoy a nice space to relax and get some work done.
